BUNNY Directories LLC ("we") provides WhatsApp customer-service assistants ("the service") for businesses. This policy explains what information the service handles when you message a business that uses it.

Information we process

When you send a WhatsApp message to a business using the service, we receive your WhatsApp phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the content of your messages, including text, voice notes, images, documents and locations you choose to send.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your messages on behalf of that business, to let the business's staff read and reply to the conversation, and to keep the service secure and working. Messages may be processed by an AI model provider (Google Gemini) to generate replies and transcribe voice notes. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Sharing

Your conversation is visible to the business you messaged and to us as the operator. Messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and AI processing is performed by Google. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Retention

Conversations are kept for as long as the business uses the service, so its staff can see message history. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can stop messaging the business at any time. To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it deleted, see our data deletion instructions or email info@bunnydirectories.com.
