These terms apply to businesses and people using the WhatsApp assistants provided by BUNNY Directories LLC.
The service
The service answers customer messages on WhatsApp on behalf of a business, using information the business provides, and hands conversations to the business's staff when needed. Replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or wrong; the business remains responsible for its products, prices and commitments.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam, unlawful content, or content that violates WhatsApp's or Meta's policies.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BUNNY Directories LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
